Profile
Mr. Griffin graduated from Kennesaw State University in 2003 with a Bachelors of Science Degree in Information Systems. He began learning the ways of technology as a Student Assistant in the ITS Computer Labs in 1999. A year later he went to work for the ITS Service Desk. While working there he was able to spend time with the different departments in ITS learning from them. After graduating Mr. Griffin was offered, and accepted, the position of Technical Support Specialist I for the College of Humanities and Social Sciences. In 2008 he received a promotion to Technical Support Specialist II and the Lead Technician for the College.
