CUALLI Journal Publication

The Center for Latin American and Iberian Studies has recently published an edition of the CUALLI Latin American and Iberian Food Studies Review, edited by Dr. Audrey Garcia, which is an interdisciplinary electronic journal dedicated to the examination of food symbolic, production, and consumption systems of Latin American and Iberian communities.
