Diplomatic work is important, but often frustrating. In addition to the common workplace irritations that all people face, employees who work in embassies and consulates find themselves surrounded by people whose values, habits, and communication preferences differ from their own. This interactive workshop will help explain the root causes of the conflicts that occur when people from different cultures communicate and interact with one another in the workplace. The training is designed for employees in consulates as well as others who work in organizations with international missions.
